Restaurant Skipperly sets the scene for an exclusive evening. Experience culinary creations that seduce the senses, based on the concept of farm to fork with sustainability in focus. When the sun pours its presence during the summer months, you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant's open-air terrace.

Skipperly is a gastronomic workshop – a restaurant with a culinary soul, an open fireplace and shimmering sea views. Here you will experience the island's sustainable country kitchen, based on organic ingredients from, among other things, the island's own production and from local producers.

The ultimate goal is to give you, the guest, an unforgettable experience so that you leave Vejrø with fond memories and become ambassadors who share their culinary adventures with friends and colleagues and make Vejrø a sought-after destination.

The taste of Vejrø is something that many people would like to experience again. Therefore, you can take it home with you. In Skipperly there is also a farm shop with Vejrø's own organic products.

Here you can buy a selection of the island's own products and locally produced products, such as organic vegetables, meat and dairy products, eggs, herbs and gastronomic specialties such as chutneys, juice and jam.

Breakfast can be served in the restaurant upon prior reservation.

In the evening, the kitchen is open until one hour before the restaurant's closing time.
