Kettingebadet
Located in quaint Kettinge, lies the Kettinge Bath – The only outdoorbath on Lolland-Falster.
Open from May until August, the 12 x 5 meters wide pool, with a depth of max. 1,80 meters, is always heated up to minimum 25˚ - all season. Right next to it is the kidpool, with a maximum depth of 0,6 meters – also heated. The pools are sourrounded by grass areas, where one can enjoy a picnicbasket. Or you can buy icecream, snacks and sweets at the recession stand under the pavilion. The bath is open for the whole family, and toys and safety-swimming-equipment is readily available for all to borrow.
Kettingebadet also offer activities all throughout the summer, such as early-bird-swimming from 6:15 until 7:45 (am) every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Aquafitness every Tuesday 18:00-19:00 (pm) all June and August, and swimming lessons for children (all ages) every Saturday from 10:00-11:00 (am) in June and 11:00-12:00 (am/pm) in August.
If you wish to celebrate the big events or the just have the pool by yourself, the baths are also available to rent outside the regular opening hours.
There is always a lifeguard present when the baths are open.
